This problem is due to a bug that we have found in the standard installation of Lime Pro 10.12. i seems that some files aren't installed correctly. The solution is to re-install these files manually.
The file that in most cases is the only one you need to run is vba71.msi. But both files are attached, in case vba71_1033 need to be run as well.
- Download the files
- Uninstall them by right-click>uninstall
- Run the new files by double clicking on them
- Start Lime again to make sure the problem is solved
