I can't see my actionpad, how do I fix that?

  • Close Lime CRM
  • Start Windows Explorer
  • Paste the following in the folder field: %localappdata%\Lundalogik\Lime\Databases or %appdata%\Lundalogik\Lime\Databases if you have Lime CRM v10.18 or older press Enter to get to the folder
  • You will then see your databases
  • Locate the folder named servernamn.databasnamn

If you are unsure start Lime and look in the lower right corner, which is the database name in parenthesis server name. 

  • Right-click the folder to rename it, add _ after the name (eg servername.database_)
  • Open Lime CRM

Your actionpads will now be reloaded and a new folder will be created under the same path.

If you click the folder and then choose Actionpads you can find the actionpad HTML Files relating to each card. If there is no linked actionpad you may create it.
