Go to “Recipients” in the left-hand menu. Search for the recipient, select them, and enter settings for that recipient by clicking on the pen icon to the right of their name. Then, under “The recipient is blocked from all emails (Total-Opt-Out)”, select “Yes”. This information is then sent to your CRM system, if you have one actively integrated.
