Yes, you can.
Start by entering a view of recipients in the system, either the one in which they’re all displayed (as in the picture below), or one of a specific recipient list, which you’ll find by using the “Recipient Lists” icon in the left-hand menu on the start page.
Once you’ve searched for the recipient you want to see statistics for, hover over their name with your mouse. Three icons will appear. The middle icon is for recipient statistics. If you click on it, you’ll get to the view below.
At the top of this view, you’ll get a summary of all the emails the recipient has received.
The system shows each email that’s been delivered, and if you hover your mouse over the various icons, you’ll see what they mean. Among other things, you can see when the message was sent/ opened and if the recipient clicked on a link.
You can see quickly and easily if a recipient has opted out and when they did so. The view looks like the picture below:
If you click on “Clicked on 3 links”, for example, you’ll get additional statistics on this and be able to see which links the recipient clicked on. All the other icons work in a similar way.
If you click on the subject line of a specific email delivered to this recipient, the total statistics for this email will be opened. See the second picture below:
