How can I compile survey statistics?

Time to aggregate the responses you received to the survey you sent earlier this week? Greatl! Just follow the steps below:

Start by going into Survey.

You’ll come to the view below. Here, you can see all the surveys you’ve created. In this view, a new icon for each survey has now appeared: the “Statistics” icon. See the picture below:

By clicking on this icon, you’ll come to the view below, which is a compilation of the survey responses you received. Depending on the type of questions you used (checkboxes, radio buttons, text fields), the answers will be presented in lots of different ways.

Want to filter results in order to see only those respondents who answered 5 to the first question’s answers, for example? Then click the little funnel icon as shown in the picture below. By doing this you can see, for example, what comments those who said they weren’t satisfied with something gave.

You can now also filter your survey responses in the text view based on questions and answers. Just follow the steps below:

Start by choosing the question based on which you want to sort responses. In the picture below, that questions is “What did you think of the event? (Where 1 = good ..)”. You can do this in the black menu on the far right. Again, see the picture below. Then choose which answers to this question you want to see, like respondents who answered 4, for example.

You’ll come to the view below, in which you’ll see the answers that correspond to your desired filters.
