When does a reminder actually remind me?

Just before a reminder is due you will get a notification, alerting you that it's soon time to take action. But how early will you get this alert, before the reminder is actually due?

Lime Go is searching for due reminders every 10 minutes. Depending on when you put the reminder it will pop-up between 1-10 minutes before the time is set. 

Note that it doesn't matter where you are in Lime Go, you will always get a notification.
