Why can't I log in?

This may have different causes.

If you are using AD login, then you should automatically be able to log in without a username and password. The problem could be that you are not posted in the correct AD group. Check with your IT manager that you are added to the appropriate group (usually Lime-users).

If you usually sign in with username/e-mail address and password, contact your Lime administrator. The lime administrator should check that: 

  • you are added in what we call LISA
  • you are added as an employee in lime CRM
  • your user in Lime CRM is connected to LISA
