Yes! As long as your survey is not anonymizing survey-takers. If people have given you their email addresses in a survey, you can remind those who haven’t yet responded.
When you want to send a reminder email, go to your previously sent email and click the pen icon in the right corner to 'edit and send again'. Maybe the only content change you wish to make is editing the subject line.
When it's time to select recipients, look up your survey and select those that haven’t yet responded as recipients.
If your survey is anonymous, you can still send everyone a reminder and simply write “If you’ve already responded, you can ignore this reminder”.
