Can I link users to certain Publications?

  1. Click on the gear icon on the bottom left-hand side to manage your users.
  2. Click “Users” and click on the pen to the right of the name of the user you want to link to a certain Publication in the list of users or administrators.
  3. Click on “Permissions”.
  4. At the bottom, you’ll see “Publications Permissions”.
  5. Click on “No, only selected Publications”.
  6. Click on “Add Publication”.
  7. Choose which Publication(s) you want the user to be able to administer.
  8. Click “Select Publications”.
  9. If the user is already an administrator, you can check the box “The user should have the right to administer the system” under the user’s settings.
  10. The change is saved automatically.
