Custom Validation Rules (Regular Expressions) in Lime Forms

In Lime Forms you can use Custom Validation Rules (or Regular Expressions) to specify how a form field should be formatted. In other words; You can create rules to control in which way Lime Forms accept data for unique fields.

To create and manage your Custom Validation Rules in Lime Forms you navigate from the main menu to SettingsCustom Validation Rules

Create new rule

Enter a description of your rule and write your pattern (Regular Expression) before trying it out and saving your new Custom Validation Rule.

Edit rule

When editing a Custom Validation Rule you will be presented with the rule itself and the option to edit it. A list of forms where the rule is used will also be presented here.
