If importing recipients either manually or via Lime CRM, you may be notified that the import was cancelled due to the quality of email addresses in the contact list. This warning indicates that the list contains poor email addresses that Lime Marketing has previously flagged. In this case, a poor email address is a hard-bounce which means that the email is not deliverable.
This warning typically appears if contacts are sourced from third-party or purchased lists, old email data, or emails that have not verified consent through opt-in. Lime Marketing only allows you to upload and send email marketing to contacts who have either explicitly consented to receive your communications or expect to hear from you for other reasons (such as customers, members, etc).
If this warning is displayed, please comb through your contact list and remove email addresses that you have not collected through consent and try uploading the list again.
